• Each customer receives a unique API key for authorized access
• API keys are strictly personal and may not be shared

Customers may use the API for:

• Integration of product data into their own webshops
• Synchronization of stock and pricing information
• Audits and compliance purposes
• Internal business processes and reporting

API Ownership

The API is fully developed by and owned by De Hoeve Multipower B.V. All intellectual property rights relating to the API, including its structure, functionality, documentation, and all data delivered through the API, remain the property of De Hoeve Multipower B.V.

6 Data Sharing with Customers

As part of our services, we share product data with our customers for the duration of the business relationship.

What Data is Shared

Through our API and other channels, customers can access:

• Product images and media
• Stock status and availability
• Customer-specific pricing information
• Datasheets and product documentation

Duration of Data Sharing

Data sharing is available as long as you are an active customer of De Hoeve Multipower B.V. Upon termination of the business relationship, access to the API and shared data will be terminated.

• Compliance and legal obligations

9 Termination

Access to our services, including the API, can be terminated by either party.

Termination by Customer

You can terminate the business relationship at any time by contacting us in writing. Upon termination, your API key will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to API services.

Termination by Company

De Hoeve Multipower B.V. reserves the right to terminate access to services in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms
• Misuse of the API or services
• Termination of the business relationship

Effects of Termination

Upon termination of services:

• Your API key will be immediately deleted
• Access to API services will be terminated
• Existing obligations from previous transactions remain in force

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Dutch law.

Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court.

11 Changes to Terms

De Hoeve Multipower B.V. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective as soon as they are published on the website.

For substantial changes, we will notify our active customers by email or a notice on the website.

Continued use of the website or services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
